Family Constellations offer concrete and rapid solutions that help restore inner alignment and vital energy. Each session provides clarity around the "why" and "how" of releasing a blockage, symptom, or difficulty in staying connected to one's resources.

Often, these obstacles are tied to unconscious burdens we carry from our family tree. The constellation acts as a powerful energetic tool that brings this hidden reality to light. Recognising and accepting what lies behind the "roadblocks" that hinder our true Being allows us to free ourselves. Awareness arises immediately, felt through the body and experienced without mental.

My name is Marta and I am originally from Madrid. Together with my husband and our three children, we have recently settled in Lisbon.


Certified by the Academy of Being in 2020 and graduated in 2022 from the International Family Constellations Training Institute, I welcome you at home, offering a safe, gentle, and caring container.

My life journey, from the infinitely small to the infinitely vast, leads me to guide you towards a deep connection with Self-Love. Exploring and harmonizing the dynamics within your family systems, professional life, or simply your relationship with yourself is my way of honoring and express gratitude for my connection to the subtle world.
